Generate leads through phone calls and internet search.
Provide onsite and remote support to schools in implementing our services.
Give software demos and presentations.
Handle software implementation and training.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints within required guidelines.
Any Graduate who has IT background with good technical skills.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Professional approach in answering calls.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to understand client needs and present a relevant solution.
Knowledge of Photoshop will be an added advantage.
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationship with clients.
Should be willing to travel as per requirement.
