Job Description

We are looking for ambitious and energetic business development managers having a compelling sales personality and a hunger to chase and close new sales. The candidates should have strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate and close a deal.


  • Identifying leading schools with business potential and exploring business opportunities with them.
  • Identifying key stakeholders and decision makers within the schools and building business relationship with them.
  • Building a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Giving presentations and demonstrations of K12App solutions to the top management in schools.
  • Closing new business deals by negotiating all due requirements.

Preferred Skills

  • MBA or Bachelor's Degree in business administration.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Should have the ability to negotiate with clients and handle objections with ease.
  • The applicant should be aggressive with ambition and high energy levels who can convert sales.
  • Strong sales track record and a proven ability to hit targets and win new business.
  • Must have own bike, smart phone and laptop.
